How we work
What we need for our set up
To provide our famous BBQs, we require access in and out of the venue with a van and trailer. We need flat, firm ground, and once set up, our pitch is 6m X 9m. We are completely self contained and can work virtually anywhere. We require a power supply only if the event will be late at night. We also bring along an attractive lighting rig which is subtle and in keeping with our festival feel.
We provide the following:
- Biodegradable wooden cutlery
- Biodegradable sugar cane or palm leaf plates
- We supply all of our ingredients and dispose of any rubbish left behind
- Lighting rig
- We'll leave the venue neat and clean
We care for the environment
We are an environmentally friendly business and provide biodegradable wooden cutlery and either sugar cane or palm leaf plates. We are happy to provide samples so that you can check if they are right for the occasion. They are sturdy and attractive, and do not require washing up!
