We have a number of setups that would work for different Street Food locations:

Smoking Salads & Sandwiches - In collaboration with one of Brighton's top chefs (Menu Below)
Gaucho Grill - whole roasted lamb, beef and pork on an Argentinian Asado
Clucking Bell! - Charcoal Chicken, cooked on an authentic South African braai
Kiwi Pizza Kitchen - Neapolitan style Pizzas cooked on our wood fired oven (Menu Below)
Smoking Beetle - Amazing char grilled Burgers, gourmet hot dogs, Mac n Cheese and all the sides

SALAD BOX

New potato, spring onions, red onion, olive oil and capers, wine vinegar, cornichons, chives and parsley

TEMPEH (VEGAN)

Organic pan-fried tempeh, marinated in szechuan pepper and mirim, served with daikon, pink pickled ginger, wild mushrooms

HALLOUMI

Crispy halloumi with avocado, marinated portobello mushroom, fresh tomato, salad leaf and chilli sauce

ITALIAN

Roast chicken in a basil pesto mayo with pine nuts , parmesan , sun-dried tomatoes and rocket

PHILLY

Locally sourced grass-fed beef rump with honey mustard mayo, red onion marmalade, gherkins and watercress

CLUCK ME

Grilled free-range chicken marinated in thyme and lemon with homemade coleslaw, fresh tomato, salad leaf and red onion marmalade

REUBEN

Salt beef, sauerkraut , Swiss cheese , mustard gherkins and dressing

PORCHETTA

Pork loin and belly, stuffed with sage and garlic, crackling, homemade salsa verde, rocket leaves, sautéed onions and our own mustard
